The Goodrich Alabama Service Center in Foley, Alabama, is a 165,000 square foot FAA-certified repair station that excels in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of aircraft nacelle system and pylon systems, flight controls and ancillary components such as wire harnesses and heat shields. Utilizing in-house capabilities such as a clean room, large autoclave, fabrication shop and tooling allows the Alabama Service Center to provide full-service repairs.

The ASC engineering staff is highly experienced and motivated to develop out of scope repairs that improve the longevity and durability of the aircraft equipment. They have developed extensive, damage repair databases which allow for rapid repair solutions and tailored maintenance programs to fit operator needs.

By incorporating LEAN philosophy into all repair activities, ASC successfully streamlines processes, thereby enhancing the quality of the repair and reducing turn time and customer cost.
